Sophisticated Begging

I have a Toyota
Not in ease
Give me a BMW please.
I asked God
With water in my hand
Flowers lamp & garland.
Before my heart starts to cease
Lemme enjoy all of these.

One for food begged at door
Don beg I said clean the floor.
Attention was all i got
When i begged for love & thought.
The egoist clothe thus i wore
It's time to open it
Please no more.

To see the primordial egg
One must beg.
For the cause of all
One must fall
Or should i say rise
To be more wise?

The conscious beggar's full of joy
In the ocean of peace free to buoy.
In the bliss of sole nothingness
Nothing to hide or to confess.

With peace of nothing
Joy of one
Begging too is full of fun.
Lest my heart starts to cease
Lemme enjoy the real bliss.

  2. Aradhita, very well composed. In a sense we are all beggars....what we are begging for is what matters ultimately.

  4. Your poetic nature was completely unknown to me...
I had just felt that your way of thinking is a bit different from others... But now I am convinced to say that you are a real genius. Just carry on..

Art of Beautiful writing meets greater ideas... Who on this earth is not a beggar? Will it not be wiser for beggar to beg for something that is eternal, from the supreme Giver ?
